IronCrew collects account information (name, email, company, phone), job posts, and applications you submit. We use this data to operate the job board, notify employers of applications, and improve the service.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe when configured. We do not store full card numbers. Email delivery may use Resend when an API key is set.

We do not sell candidate resumes to third parties. Contact admin@ironcrewjobs.com for data requests. Replace with counsel-reviewed policy before public launch.
